A Story of Resilience, Cross-Border Vision, and Legal Craftsmanship

The story of our firm begins in Cairo in 2001, when Professor Mohamed Darwish founded a boutique law practice with a clear mission: delivering precise, practical legal counsel rooted in deep knowledge of Egyptian and regional business law. Through the 2000s and into the early 2010s, the firm grew steadily — advising clients in sectors as diverse as media, telecommunications, construction, and international trade.

In the mid-2010s, a period of disruption led Professor Darwish to relocate to Paris. What could have been a setback became a turning point. Rebuilding the firm from the ground up in a new legal and cultural environment gave it a new dimension — one that connected Europe and the Middle East in a more deliberate, strategic way.

Today, the firm operates from both Cairo and Paris, drawing on more than two decades of experience to assist clients navigating legal systems across both regions. Our bilingual, multicultural team works seamlessly across borders, advising businesses, creatives, investors, and institutions with a focus on corporate law, contracts, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.

Our strength lies in our continuity and adaptability — maintaining long-term relationships with clients in Egypt and the Gulf, while building new bridges in Europe. We take pride in offering not only legal skill, but also cultural fluency, discretion, and a personal, hands-on approach to every matter we handle.
